An award- winning watercolorist, Oscar lives in Dahlonega, GA and is known for his waterfalls, rustic barns and old architecture, flowers and landscapes. He is the past president of the Chestatee Artists Group and has headed the committee for Dahlonega’s Art, Wine and Jazz events.
